Please Take Notice that pursuant to the Covenants of Fountain Grass Property Owners Association Inc., that at this time Fountain Grass Properties are no longer allowing leases and rentals in any new property sales. This is because only ten (10%) percent of the homes in the Association may be used for rental purposes and Fountain Grass is currently at the ten (10%) percent limit. If your intent is to purchase a home and then lease or rent to any third party, this activity is currently prohibited and will be objected to by Association to the fullest extent of the law. Please inquire with the Association if your intent is to lease or rent to third parties.”

For Modifications: Please remember to work with the HOA if you plan on installing a shed, pergola, pool, landscaping, or staining your fence. Submit a request (see forms menu) to the HOA Board.

Lawn Maintenance: Please maintain your lawn to comply with the community covenants. If you observe an un-kept lawn, you may check with the homeowner to see if everything is okay and or e-mail the Board of Directors at fountaingrasshoa@gmail.com or contact the OKC Action Center at 405-297-2535 and provide the address of concern.
