Our adjourned meeting will be on Thursday, May 13, 2021. We will meet at 7:00 pm at New Beginnings Family Church located at 1615 E State Highway 152. We must have a quorum to hold this meeting, so it is imperative that you either attend, or provide someone with a proxy to cast your vote. A proxy form is included with this letter
but can also be found on our website at www.fountaingrasshoa.com. Completed forms should be brought to the meeting by the person it is assigned to, or can be emailed to fountaingrasshoa@gmail.com. If you are not sure whom to assign your proxy to please consider a current Board Member.

Annual Meeting: June 15th
Fountain Grass Property Owner Association Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, June 15, 2020 at 7:00pm on the grassy meadow by the middle pond. Please bring your own lawn chair or blanket to sit on. (If raining, we will meet at New Beginnings Family Church located at 1615 E State Hwy 152).
Please plan to attend as we will be electing new directors and must have a quorum to hold the meeting. If you are unable to attend you can appoint a Proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy forms are included with this mailing.
There will be nominations and election for Board of Directors to fill spots of those whose terms are up and to fill additional vacancies. This is a chance for you to get involved and make decisions about how your HOA dues are used.
There will also be several door prize drawings, and you must be present to win.

Postponement of Annual HOA Meeting
Praying that everyone in the neighborhood is doing well. Due to the pandemic we will need to postpone the annual meeting once again until it is safe for everyone to meet.
In the meantime, please consider volunteering to be a board member. All positions are available. Now is your opportunity to step up and make decisions on how the dues are spent. Keep in mind that there is not a choice of not having a board of directors. We are looking into the cost of having Aria handling all of the bids for the repair work and other tasks that takes most of the time for the directors. As I have stated before this board has worked very diligently on paving the way for the new board to handle situations with less negativity. I want to thank all those residents who have been very supportive of this Board of Directors. Stay safe and healthy.

Annual Meeting Update: April 27, 2020
Dear Fountain Grass Homeowner,
Considering the Corona Virus concerns, the board has decided to postpone the Annual Meeting for a month. We will meet at the same place and time on Monday April 27, 2020. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. But we feel this is the best thing to do at this time.
Annual Meeting: March 23, 2020 April 27, 2020
Fountain Grass Property Owner Association Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020 at the Church of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church at 7:00pm. The address is 10928 SW 15th St.
Please plan to attend and make your voice heard. We must have a quorum of homeowners for this to be a legal meeting. If you are unable to attend, you can appoint a Proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy forms can be found on the website under forms. They can be brought to the meeting by your proxy or can be sent via email to:
secretary.fountaingrasshoa@gmail.com.
We will have a sign in sheet at the meeting. Requests forms will be available at the door to use if you have any comments, questions or suggestions you would like to discuss during the meeting. This is done to avoid attendees talking over each other and to provide the opportunity for everyone a chance to speak. In addition, per Roberts Rules of Order, to obtain the floor, any member must stand and address the chairperson by saying “Mr./Madam Chairperson.” The chairperson recognizes the member by saying the member’s name. The member may then introduce a motion for debate.
There will be nominations and election for Board of Directors to fill spots of those whose terms are up and to fill additional vacancies. Now is your chance to get involved and make decisions about how your HOA dues are used. You may nominate yourself or someone you think might be interested in serving on the board. Please get their approval before nominating them. The board can consist of 3 to 9 members.
There will also be several door prize drawings, but you must be present to win. We hope to see you all at the April Homeowners’ meeting.

Hello Fellow Homeowners,I hope that everyone had a great holiday with family and friends. Your Association Board has been working diligently over the last year to accomplish goals that ensure your dues are going towards things in the community that will increase your homes’ value and allow us all to have the best neighborhood in the area.
Please consider not only attending HOA meetings, but to also fill one of the several positions on the Board that is available. I encourage to you be a part of that team.
I hope you will be present to vote and be heard. If you are not able to attend PLEASE SIGN THE PROXY and give someone your vote. Let’s work together to make informative decisions concerning our investments.
